What is your service area?

We service homeowners within a 50-mile radius from Schaumburg, Il (except Chicago).

What are your business hours?

Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm and we also have some appointment availability on nights and weekends.

Are you insured?

Yes, the owner is a Public Adjuster and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured as general contractors.

Can you all complete an inspection if I think my home has been damaged in a recent storm?

Yes, if your home has been damaged by a recent calamity or weather event give us a call. We are trained in damage assessment and we can help you recover. Our friendly receptionist will work with you to set an appointment for a staff member or the owner to come out, inspect your home, and provide you with a detailed report which you can use when you file your insurance claim.

How long will a roof last?

It depends on the type of roof that you have. Most last about 20 years. It’s always a good idea to check with the contractor who is providing you with service to determine how long your roof is Expected to last.

Are gutters just as important as my roof?

Your gutters are there to protect your roof from water damage. They will also help to prevent foundational damage by redirecting rainwater away from the base of your house.

Are permits required?

Depending on your location and the type of work being done, a permit might be required or it may not. However, if a permit is required for your project, we will obtain the permit, handle all the inspections and make sure that everything follows building code.

Do you offer financing?

No, we do not.
